I first fell in love with stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) while travelling around Australia and South East Asia. I returned to Canada and began to deepen my yoga practise and have recently graduated from the 200hr teacher training at Halifax Yoga.
SUP Yoga is combining two of my passions to create a fun and challenging experience. It is really a workout for the mind, body and soul. Join me Tuesdays and Thursdays for a SUP Vinyasa flow class. Come prepared to let it go and have a bit of fun on the water.
